This tea is a specialty from the Japanese region of Shizuoka. Thanks to its special production method, this tea contains a high content of GABA, natural gamma aminobutyric acid, which gives it a full-bodied, flowery and fruity taste. After careful harvesting, nitrogen is added to the leaves for a few hours. The tea is then stored in a dry place for about 14 to 15 hours. During this process, the leaves oxidise and develop their unmistakable taste without bitterness.Preparation:
