Application of the General Sales Terms (GST)

(1) These general sales terms (GST) apply to any business relationships with our customers. They specifically apply to contracts on the sale and/or the delivery of movable objects, no matter if we produce them ourselves or purchase them from deliverers or suppliers. However, they shall only apply if the customer is an entrepreneur in the meaning of § 14 German Civil Code, a legal entity under public law or a public-law special fund. We deliver only to resellers.
(2) Our GST shall apply exclusively. Any contrary, deviating or supplementary terms and conditions of the customer shall not become part of the contract except if we expressly consent to their application in writing. For example, it shall not constitute consent if we accept orders or render services without reservation, knowing of the terms and conditions of the customer, or directly or indirectly refer to any letters, etc., that contain his or any third-party's.



1. What information do we collect from you?

1.1 Technical information

We collect the IP address of your computer, the request from the client (browser) to our web server as well as its response and the website from which you are visiting us. We also store the date and time of the request, information about the browser type and version of your operating system and the Internet service provider you are using.

1.2 Cookies

We use session cookies on our website, i.e. small text files that are temporarily stored on your computer and saved by your browser, e.g. for login or more convenient use of our website. After the end of the web session (at the latest when the browser is closed) these cookies are deleted again.

1.3 Usage profiles

We use tracking services and cookies, so-called third-party cookies, to process user profiles under a pseudonym. Such a usage profile contains information about the behaviour of a visitor to websites. It is not possible to draw any direct conclusions about you. 2. How and for what are your data collected and processed?

We collect technical information automatically when you visit our website. Otherwise, we collect personal data only on the basis of your entries on our website (e.g. in the contact form) or through the use of cookies.
We need this data to operate and administer the website, to detect misuse and to rectify faults. In addition, to improve our offer on the website and to create pseudonymous user profiles, which we use for advertising and market research purposes - provided you do not object to this.
In some cases, we also use other service providers who support us as contract processors to the extent permitted by law.

2.1 Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). 2.2 Heatmaps from hotjar

Hotjar uses cookies to process information including standard internet log information and details of the visitor’s behavioral patterns upon visiting our site. This is done to provide you with a better experience, and to facilitate the use of certain functions. Cookies are small data files transferred onto computers or devices by sites for record-keeping purposes and to enhance functionality on our site. Hotjar stores this information in a pseudonymized user profile. Hotjar does not process this information to identify individual users or to match it with further data on an individual user. Cookies are stored on your individual device and you have full control over their use. You may deactivate or restrict the transmission of cookies by changing the settings of your web browser. Cookies that are already stored may be deleted at any time. 2.3 Sendinblue

In case you would like to receive the newsletter offered on our website, we need an e-mail address from you as well as name, first name and name of the company, which allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. We will use the given data exclusively for sending the requested newsletter and offers.
As newsletter software we use Sendinblue. Your data will be transmitted to Newsletter2Go GmbH. Newsletter2Go is not allowed to sell your data or use it for other purposes than for sending our newsletters. Newsletter2Go is a German, certified provider, which was selected according to the requirements of the Data Protection Basic Regulation and the Federal Data Protection Act.
You can revoke your consent to the storage of data, the e-mail address and its use for sending the newsletter at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter. The data protection measures are always subject to technical innovations. Therefore, we ask you to inform yourself about our data protection measures at regular intervals by consulting our data protection declaration.

You have a right of access, rectification, cancellation, processing restrictions, data transferability and the right of appeal to a supervisory authority.
