This tea comes from the tea gardens around Sun Moon Lake in Taiwan. The mild, aromatic tea gets its smoky aromas from being roasted as part of its production. This gives it an orange-golden, almost red colour in the cup. It is one of the premium Taiwanese black teas.Preparation:
